Track III – The Latest Trends
The speakers will share their work on developing a “capability maturity framework for knowledge transfer” that allows for the quantitative and qualitative measurement of the level of KTO maturity and proposal of areas of improvement. They will also introduce for discussion possible contextual elements for ‘intelligent benchmarking’. Following short presentations, attendees can discuss possible building blocks for a maturity model for KTO and its conditions of implementation. The case study of the evolution of RedOTRI, the Spanish network of University TTOs, will be highlighted.
Experience from the recent Progress-TT program, which looked at identified key KTO areas of competence, will also be discussed.
